Returns and Shipping

RETURNS

All of the Soap with Hope (SwH) products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality product are made.  However, if you are unhappy with any of our products they can be happily refunded or exchanged. In the event of an exchange or refund, please contact us via the form on the SwH contact page. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

Your order will ship via Australia Post or Sendle shipping providers. It will take no more than 3 business days for your order to ship, or 4 weeks for wedding favours as these are made to order. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking # when your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Soap with Hope is not currently sending orders overseas. We are only shipping within Australia at this time.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We do our best to pack all orders securely, to ensure that they arrive safely to their destinations.  However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  Each case will be handled on a case by case basis.  Resolutions may include full or partial refunds or replacements for the damaged product.

SHIPPING ERRORS

Tracking comes standard with every delivery. If your tracking says delivered but you have not received your package, or if your order has not arrived in what you deem a timely manner, please contact me. I’m happy to do all that I can to help you track down your package. A complaint will be lodged with the courier company and have it rectified. If you, the customer, makes an error in providing the correct address, you will be responsible for lost packages.
